We held our first ever Blue Goose Invitational Golf Outing on Monday, August 25, 2014 at Carrollwood Country Club. All and all, we can report a very successful outing. We had eighty golfers participating and raised almost $5,000 for our four charities. Our Grand Nest will also be providing an additional $225 in donations to our charities. We also took in 16 new applications for membership.
A special Blue Goose thanks goes out to our sponsors, without whom this would not have been possible. Also thanks to the staff and management of Carrollwood Country Club and to the dozen or so volunteers. As a famous person once said “It takes a Village!”
