We're a Tax-Exempt IRC 501 (c) 8-"Fraternal  Beneficiary Society"

According to the Internal Revenue Service:

1. We must have a fraternal purpose wherein our members are

of a similiar calling, advocation or profession (insurance)

2. We must operate under a lodge system

(a Pond chartered by Grand Nest)

3. We must provide for benefits only to OUR OWN members

for sickness, accident or death

4. We are allowed to raise donations to IRC 501 (c) 3 organizations

that, according to Internal Revenue Service rules,

"promote religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes or for prevention of cruelty to childern or animals."

thus any contributions by us could jepordize our tax-exempt status.]
